SMM Law was created by Suhaill Machado Morales after having worked at one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the U.S. and then serving as a Partner for a number of years at a regional labor and employment law firm. As a result, Ms. Morales has dedicated the majority of her career to labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour litigation (overtime, minimum wage, commissions, etc.).

In addition to our labor and employment law practice, Ms. Morales is certified as a Civil Circuit Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Her experience litigating employment matters makes her an effective and persuasive mediator. Ms. Morales offers these mediation services to other attorneys in labor and employment matters, as well as a variety of other business disputes.
